Colorado mom Heather Surovik was days away from
giving birth when she was hit by a drunk driver, resulting in the
death of her unborn son, Brady. The driver at fault, who was a
repeat DUI offender, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony
vehicular assault and driving under the influence — but under the
current Colorado law, he could not be prosecuted for murder, because
Brady was not considered a person. Hear how Heather has taken action
